WHERE'D THEY COME FROM?
(Jesters,
that is)
It all happened about 1500 A.D. Somehow, Jupiter slid a little off its axis, Mars
sagged a bit to its left, and Venus started to slow down. The odds of this happening were 1,000,000, 000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000, 000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,
000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,
000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,007 to 1, but it happened.

Suddenly, out of the south appeared a small planet.

It was careening toward Earth! A collision seemed inevitable! The planet hit ... but nothing

was felt. Well, there was a slight bump, but no damage was done. The small planet simply

hit the earth, made a funny noise that sounded sorta like a giggle, and then bounced right

back into space. The only evidence of the event even happening was a small group of strange-looking little creatures who had fallen off on impact.

And that's how the first JESTERS got here.
